Sweet Apple Strudel Dreams
- Rediscover authentic, traditional recipes.
- A unique DIY experience!
- Make your own strudel dough and take some home with you.
- Enjoy some cream soup, a typical dish of the Mühlviertel region.
Your teacher will demonstrate how the traditional “stretched” apple strudel is made. Then, you’ll team up with 1-2 other participants and give it a try yourself. While your strudel is in the oven, you’ll enjoy some Mühlviertel cream soup/bread with a quark topping. And, last but not least, you’ll get to taste your freshly baked apple strudel.
