Sweet Apple Strudel Dreams

Discover the secrets of traditional Austrian cuisine at the Vintage Cooking School, as you learn to make apple strudel after an authentic recipe. You’ll chop and season your apples and try your hand at stretching the dough until, finally, you’ll get to enjoy your baked strudel in pleasant company.

Included:

Your teacher will demonstrate how the traditional “stretched” apple strudel is made. Then, you’ll team up with 1-2 other participants and give it a try yourself. While your strudel is in the oven, you’ll enjoy some Mühlviertel cream soup/bread with a quark topping. And, last but not least, you’ll get to taste your freshly baked apple strudel.
